Located in a first floor, Casa Severina has a double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separated shower, dining room two heights with chimney and a bedroom with bunk bed. Its large terraces is perfect for enjoy in the summer.

A little of history
The family Santonja is a marriage form by Antonio Santonja y Severina Aznar that bought in 1958 the place where the restaurant and the casa severina are actually. The custom of those years was to have a commercial local and live on the top floor to make life easier. Previously the local was and a grocery and was used like a shop or store where oil, vinegar, wine and rice were sold at retail.
Later, with the arrival of the modern times, the grocery was renamed Casa Seve and new products were introduced such as pickles and edibles. In it worked Antonio, Severina and his eldest daughter María del Carmen Santonja.
The grocery was a very commercial street and the bustle of the 60s and 70s made the local trade a meeting point for workers, because there were many textile factories and paper mills around. María del Carmen worked in the Grocery until the end of the 80s, the year in which was closed to the public and used as a warehouse. Currently the son of María del Carmen, Ramón Reche runs this family-owned house and Hostal Savoy.
In December of 2017 we finished the housing reform respecting its initial structure and maintaining the beams that give warmth to the house. To try to capture the personality and essence of the house.
We restored many of the furniture that grandparents Antonio and Severina had as the lounge dresser, the armchairs, the structure of the typewriter in the bathroom and the large lamp in the living room.
The reform also led us to rehabilitate the old Grocery which is the place just below the house, now we use it as a warehouse. In the cellar the beams were respected, the old construction was completely rehabilitated and old work benches, furniture, coat racks and toilet pile were restored

- You can go down to breakfast if you wish for € 5.5 per person, in the Hostal Savoy cafeteria.

Check-in
Check-in and check-out will take place at the Hostal Savoy reception, in front of the apartment: C. / Casablanca 9.
The entrance to the apartment is from 4pm. and the departure before 12 o’clock.
House’s rules
- Daily cleaning is not included.
- The change of sheets for long stays will be made every 3 nights.
- If you require additional cleaning or more bedding contact reception.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Pets are not accepted
- If you need coffee capsules or pellets for the fireplace contact reception.
- The entrance to the apartment is from 4pm. and the departure before 12 o’clock.
